Day 1 fly Addis Ababa Jinka

Fly from Addis Ababa to Jinka Upon arrival Meet our Team. Checking in to your hotel. On this day, we will visit the villages of Ari tribe. The villages are surrounded by lush countryside which is a sharp contrast to other parts of Omo Valley tribal Villages. Walk in the farmlands and house to house, visit craftsmen and see how the Ari lives. If it is a Mraket day Visit the local Market.

Day 2 Jinka Turmi

We drive through Mago National Park to meet the Mursi. The Mursi people are considered fearless Warriors. They are mostly recognized for their women’s iconic lip plates. The bigger The Lip plate the more beautiful a Mursi Woman is Considered. Upon Arrival in the village walk around the small huts of different Mursi families. See how the Mursi cooker, Take Photos with the tribal Members. Afterward, drive to Turmi bia Jinka. The Hamer lives around their capital Turmi, a small settlement that can be busy on Market day. The Hamer People make a living from herding and agriculture they live in small villages and follow a largely traditional lifestyle. The Hamers are famous for their spectacular women’s Hairstyle. Hamer Boys Must pass through a rite of passage to become an Adult. The ceremony is called “bull jumping”, It is an impressive Cultural Event to see but also an Important Event in the life of the Hamer Family.

Day 3 Turmi – Omorate

In the morning we will drive to Omorate Town to visit the Dasench tribe. The Dasenech tribes settle around the Omo River. To reach Dasenech village we will cross the other banks of the Omo River – with a traditional boat. The Dasenech, like other Omo Valley tribes, are constantly adapting to their ever-changing environment, although they grow little sorghum, maize, and beans. They are very breeding oriented: cattle and goats give them milk and meat in the dry season when crops and food are scarce. And they are also a sign of status and used as a dowry for the bride’s family. They have a tradition of constant warfare, usually due to cattle raids, with their neighbors. In the afternoon drive to Turmi. If it is Monday we will attend the tribal Market in Turmi.

Day 4 Turmi- Karo

In the Morning drive to Korcho, village of Karo. The village is set on a cliff overlooking a scenic view of the Omo River. The Karo live in a Hut made of sticks, with thatched roofs. The most striking feature of the Karo Tribe is their practice of Body Painting. Many of the men and women have colorful Body paintings using colorful Clay Soils. They are often referred to as the best body painters among the tribes of Omo Valley. In the Morning, take a walk in the Hamer Village and maybe join in a Family hut for a traditional coffee. After we stay with the Hamer tribe village we may go to visit The local market in Turmi where many of the tribes come to buy and sell afterward enjoy a drink at local drinks.

Day 5 Turmi – Arbamich

in the morning have breakfast and Drive to Arbaminch Via Konso.

We meet the Konso people, in their hilltops village, Fortified by several rounds of stone Walls. the Konso tribes are famous for their impressive soil conservation by terracing their farmland. UNESCO recorded Konso Village as a World Heritage site. The walking trail in the villages are narrow with few entrances for security reasons. Afterward, drive to Arbaminch.

Day 6  Arbaminch – Dorze – Fly Addis Ababa

In The morning drive to the village of Dorze. Who are the finest weavers in Ethiopia? They produce make hand-made cotton cloth. we’ll see how the famous Shemane Waving clothes. It is a time-honored tradition passed down through generations. The Clothes they make are Worn for special celebrations, weddings, funerals, and other solemn occasions.  You may also buy some high-quality traditional scarves and other items handmade in the village.  Walk in the green farmlands Elephant looks Houses of Dorze People. See how they make food out of false Banana trees and enjoy their Music and dance. before transferring to Arbaminch Airport for your flight back to Addis Ababa.

Day 7    fly from Addis Ababa to Bahrdar Via Addis Ababa

Fly to Bahrdar , take a Boat Trip on lake Tana to the Island Monasteries Visit Ura Kidanemheret monasteries known for its religious wall Paintings Of ancient Ethiopian Style . Spend the afternoon Relaxing on the lake shore

Day 8 Drive Bhradr to Gondar

Drive in the morning for 4 hours to reach Gondar the Camelot of Africa, Visit the 17th century castles in the same Royal enclosure, Fasil Swimming pool AND Debrebirhan Silase Church.

Day 9  Gondar – Lalibela lalibela

Fly from Gondar to Lalibela

Visiting the 11 rock-hewn churches of Lalibela, from the 12th c . Which are perfectly carved out of a single rock.

Day 10  Fly  Lalibela to Axum

Fly to Axum, which was the Capital of Ethiopia, Visit Kings of Axum Tombs, Stelae that Stand Graciously to show the Axumite Civilizations.

Day 11 Drive Axum to Gehralta

Drive from Axum to Gehralta , Even though Rock Hewn churches of Lalibela are the finest , the rock hewn churches of North Tigray are equally beautiful. Visit the stunning Abune Yemata Ghu Rockhewen churches by climbing 8 meter long cliff.

Day 12 Gehrtalta Mekle

Enjoy The stuning view of the Gehralta mountain in the morning before Trekking to St. Maryam Korkur rock Hewn from 6th c. Afterwards we will drive to Mekele Airport. Fly to Addis Ababa.

Fly Back to Addis Ababa. Fly Home.

Day 13  Mekele- Danakil Depression- Volcano

Picked up from the hotel and  You will join a group who will take a trip to the Danakil depression.

We drive from Mekelle to – Dodom the beginning to discover danakil depression. From Dodom Bae camp trek for 3 hrs. to Ertale Volcano. Erta Ale Volcano is the world’s only permanent lava lake.  Night View of the Volcano amazing Eruption and lava flow

Day 14  ErtaAle-HamadEla

waking up early ErtaAle -Dodom Leave back to Dodom and drive to HamadEla 100km, You will see lots of camel caravans and you will have a beutiful sunset on Lake Assale.

Day 15 Hamadela- Dallol- Mekelle

Morning tour Drive to Ragad (Asebo), tradtionalsal mining and drive to Dallol to  visit the difference landscape formed by volcanic activity. A very beautiful landscape that looks in mars or moon.

Drive to Mekele airport and fly back to Addis Ababa
